Refund Policy

At UrbanVolt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
Perishable goods
Downloadable or digital products
Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 calendar days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 days, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at the details above.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

7. EU Consumer Rights

As a customer based in the European Union, you are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU). This right allows you to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
